Xin (Jean) Song is a California and North Carolina Licensed acupuncturist, and is Nationally Board Certified in Oriental Medicine. Jean earned her Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine from Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts. Daoist Traditions College is one of the leading Chinese Medicine Schools in the United States which focuses the teachings on the Classical Chinese Medicine. The College is well known for its academically rigorous and transformative curriculum.
Jean has extensive training in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, energy work, essential oils, Chinese bodywork and nutrition. She has experience in treating a wide range of conditions. Jean focuses her healing on the holistic level – from physical to emotional and spiritual levels. Jean has a passion to help people to transform their lives on all kinds of levels!
Jean was born and raised in China. She came to the United States to pursue her Master’s degree in Accounting at the University of Illinois at Chicago in her twenties. After years of working as a Certified Public Accountant, she became amazed by the richness of Traditional Chinese Medicine and attracted by this beautiful, ancient healing art. Right now she feels very blessed to be a Chinese Medicine practitioner and to be able to fulfill the calling of her life and serve the community and the world!
Besides training at Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts, Jean also studies with Master Jeffrey Yuen.
Master Jeffrey Yuen is an 88th generation Daoist priest of the Jade Purity School, Yellow Emperor/Lao Zi sect (Yu Qing Huang Lao Pai) and a 26th generation priest of the Complete Reality School. Jeffrey Yuen is one of the most sought after speakers on Chinese Medicine throughout the world. He teaches and practices Chinese Medicine from a deeply spiritual perspective rooted in Daoism. He not only exhibits compassion and benevolence, but inspires his students to embrace these virtues. Jean’s training under Master Jeffrey Yuen has enhanced her highly effective treatments for various conditions.
