COVID Policies
If you have fever, cough, sore throat, and other COVID-19 symptoms, or if you feel coming down with cold or flu, or being around with someone had been sick with these symptoms for the last 2 weeks, we kindly ask you to stay home in case you are a carrier of COVID-19 or flu virus, to protect our staff and our other patients.
We recommend you to book an online video consultation session with us. We will give you advice for acupressure points to massage, herbs to take, dietary and other lifestyle advice to help you to recover quickly.
Insurance & Payment Information
We accept all insurance that has out-of-network acupuncture coverage and will gladly check your insurance coverage for you.
Please bring photo ID and insurance card to your first appointment so that we can determine your benefits. We also accept Health Saving Accounts (HSAs) which, in many cases, can be used for covering the cost of acupuncture treatments.
You will be required to pay full-amount after your treatment and we will refund you once we receive the payment from your insurance.
